The website does not give enough justice to this beautiful community here at Dove Mountain. Take a day to schedule a tour with leasing specialist Jem so she can properly introduce and guide you through everything Legacy has to offer. There is something extra special about a community who knows you by your first name and has the beautiful amenities this establishment offers for the perfect price point you are looking for. There are many options. I am thrilled I made my relocation to Arizona! We had a tour of the complex on Saturday Oct. 5th with Jem and she was great. She showed us the property (not just the apartment like some places do), and then showed us two apartments that we are interested in with one being a classic layout and the other being a more modernized unit. Both are excellent units with one being a model that has furniture in it that really helps to envision the size and space it offers. Jem answered all of our questions and even answered some that we hadn't thought of. All in all this was a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to speaking with Jem again soon with hopes of making Legacy At Dove Mountain our new home.

I’m pleased to write of my experience leasing at Legacy at Dove Mountain. I found the facilities, office management and maintenance staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient in their respective roles. Maintenance is quick to respond. The location is quiet and I always felt safe living at Legacy. I loved walking on the desert trails behind my unit in the early mornings and getting in a swim in the well-maintained pool. I highly recommend this apartment complex and would lease again there should I return long-term to Tucson.

I was a resident of Legacy at Dove Mountain for 2 years. My time at Dove Mountain was highly enjoyable. Move in was smooth but be sure to ask detailed questions when touring to ensure you know all anticipated costs. The surrounding Sonoran desert is spectacular and Legacy is in the heart of this beauty. The location is not walkable but you can find excellent shopping and dining options within a 10 minute drive. The surrounding communities are peaceful and clean and there are various trails accessible to residents in the area. The grounds are well maintained, with consistent preventive maintaince which is a plus. As a nature lover, I enjoyed doves and quails outside my patio everyday. Sometimes was even lucky enough to see a passing javalina (keep your distance!). My neighbors were all mature, peaceful and nature loving. We had a nice "community" vibe in our quiet corner back in building 4. Maintenance issues were responded to promptly and with extreme professionalism and respect. Noise complaints and/or parking issues, while few, were handled immediately by Sabrina, Kayla, and the rest of the amazing staff. The only areas in which I see room for improvement would be for the community to treat the installation of "video cameras" (Ring) the same as they would satellite dishes. I had the unfortunate experience of having my neighbors install a video camera that pointed directly at my patio space. Not cool, folks, NOT cool. Also, expect to pay various amenity fees to live here but, in general, I think the fees were invested back into community enhancements and upgrades. So, a fair trade. Overall, my stay here was fantastic. The 4 star rating is only because of the video camera; I was very uncomfortable by this and felt the community can enforce residents guidelines for these things such as not allowing them to be pointed in bedrooms or other "leisure" areas of their neighbors. I do recommend this hidden gem. It was a pleasure.

There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The property is within minutes of the freeway but without congestion or noise. I enjoyed when they would invite food trucks to come in which was a nice change for dinner. If you are looking for a property where you will feel safe and be in a nice environment this is it.

Updating my review, I don't like the new $70 mandated internet charge not included in the rent price, but the company did work with me regarding my complaint of a short notice concerning it. Internet used to be up to the renter as to their own preference and provider. The staff is good here and do a good job, the apartment a little noisy for me. I can hear upstairs unit whenever they take a step across the floor... it's loud! Pool was just redone, remodeling reception area now and installing Amazon shipping collection boxes.

Looking for a great place to rent in Northwest Tucson? "You Gotta Live Here!". I rented at Legacy for a year while building a home. The location couldn't be more convenient. Stores, restaurants, theaters all within 10 minutes drive. Legacy Apartments are safe, gated, and beautiful. It really felt like 'Home'. Great neighbors and the onsite staff [Sabrina .. Mgr, Kayla, Manny and Oscar] made this a fantastic, fun experience. My home is done now and I moved out today. It was truly sad to leave. This place, and these people [Legacy] are that good.

A quiet, clean and peaceful place, the staff is wonderful from the maintenance to the front office. Kayla and Sabrina are so professional and very kind, Manny & Oscar tend to all maintenance needs very quickly and professionally.

Having lived at Legacy since 2015, I have found the new owner/management team (Megan and Christy) are 2nd to none. Our pool area is to say the least, impeccable . The pool is kept clean thanks to Manny and his team. Further, repairs are completed in a timely manner. Very happy to call Legacy my home!!

We lived on the second floor in a 2B/2B at Legacy from July 2020 to April 2021. Most of my issues were actually with the previous management. However, I did see improvements the new management was making including the fact that the dog poop issue had gotten WAY better if not fully resolved! Even the parking, which is pretty bad but that's the original designers fault for not having more, was getting addressed as we were leaving. If you have only one car you will have no issue at all. I also really enjoyed that they allowed food trucks to come to the complex, which to me shows care not only for the apartment community but also for the local small business community as well, especially since COVID has hit them extra hard. I felt that maintenance always took care of things very quickly and without any pushback, Manny is very nice and you can tell he actually takes pride in his work! The apartments themselves were very very quiet and we always felt safe there which was one of the most important things to us after coming from a rougher side of town. The hot tub, gas grills, firepit, and gates always worked which honestly always suprised me because usually those things are broken at complexes. My only constructive criticism for Legacy would be that I wish the gym wasn't so musty smelling and I actually think the weeds had gotten worse. All things considered I would highly recommended these apartments to any of my loved ones.

I am a long time resident here (over 7 years), and although the new management staff are "new kids on the block" because of new ownership, they have proved very accommodating, and willing to listen, and try to work out, any situation that arises. As they are new, I had the opportunity to experience their willingness to show their appreciation for being a long time resident, when I had to renew my lease. They were very understanding of my situation, and worked out an acceptable lease so that they could keep me as a resident (for at least another year). I have found that Lisa (the new manager) is friendly and willing to make time for anyone who has the need to speak with her. Their maintenance staff (being the same one that was here before they take over, is outstanding, and always respond to my work orders in a timely manner. As I have mentioned before, I have lived here over 7 years already, and do not foresee any reason that I will want to move, anytime in the near or distant future. I would recommend these apartments over any others in the area, if you are looking for a real place to "call home". They make you feel as vital part of the community, not just a paying tenant.

The apartments are so nice inside and we had some issues at first moving in but the staff helped the best they can. The reason it's not 5 stars is the seriously terrible parking. There is never any uncovered parking in the evening even remotely close to your apartment. I wait an hour in my car just to get parking. I did call and they told me one covered that was open only for a short time. Its frustrating after working 12 hours and I cant park. So if you have more than 2 cars then it's really a hassle. I wish we could park wherever or I would even be willing to pay extra for an extra parking spot.

We lived here for a few months while our house was being built. The office staff was very friendly and always easy to work with. We loved the perks of the complimentary things that were offered (popsicle day, root beer floats, a treat on Mother's Day, etc.) We also liked the pool and the fitness center. The other tenants around were friendly, and it was pretty quiet. We loved the area, and felt safe there. Our AC went out once while we were there, but it was fixed within a few minutes. If we had to live in an apartment again, we would choose Legacy.

I love the legacy, many would complain about noise but it comes with the nature of every apartment community. Very quiet and peaceful. I love the view I have I love the amenities I receive for the price I pay. Management is very nice and accommodates as needed. Maintenance pertains to issues very quickly, my washer was over flowing and flooded my entire apartment and we called the office and they were there less the five minutes. Neighborhood every nice and so are the neighbors.

Best Property I have lived at here is Tucson, good size, good area,close to stores, The staff goes above and beyond to resolve if there is an issue, rates are resonable to the area. Living in apartments you will always have either horable neighbor or an appliances break down, so remember the staff is preforming a job and as for Legacy they get 5 stars from us..
